The White House Retreated From Afghanistan
The 15 terror plots, that's actually up from nine in December. ISIS is regrouping and has both the means and the will to kill people globally. And because we don't have a presence or good networks in Afghanistan, we have fewer chances to stop them. This leaked Intel assessment, by the way, matches the congressional testimony of a guy named General Eric Carilla who said back in March that the Islamic State has a stronger presence in Afghanistan than it did one year ago.
