FCC Chair Carr: Kimmel, Spectrum, and Local Rights

Anchors Carl Quintanilla, David Faber and Jim Cramer began the hour with Nvidia’s $5 billion investment in Intel, as part of a deal to co-develop data center and PC products. The news sent shares of Intel surging sharply at the market open. The desk also discussed the Fed’s decision to cut rates for the first time in 2025, with 2 more cuts likely before year end. Later in the show, FCC Chairman Brendan Carr joined the program to discuss ABC’s decision to suspend Jimmy Kimmel over his remarks about Charlie Kirk.
