Self Help Coaching - Is There a Uniformity?

The self health industry has perpetuated the idea that if you have internal conflict, there's something wrong. Just think about how much yourself might have aspired towards bring free of internal conflict and how much you might be doing for your clients by helping them to rid themselves of their internal conflict. The lie that we should be uniform is co equal in destructiveness to the lie that we can just make ourselves be anything we want through force of will.
