NASA contracted two companies to provide commercial launch services for their astronauts, SpaceX and Boeing. The other offering is the Boeing CST 100 Starliner. And it has been plagued with a bunch of problems. Now NASA isn't even sure they're gonna be able to launch the Starliner before the end of 2023.
