The Effect of Fair Use on the Production of Artists in the US

The study looked at the shifting of more auctions of works by appropriation artists to auction houses outside of the US. It didn't look specifically into exchange rates, turbulences, or something like that, that may arguably could cause that. But I think it's an excellent, interesting point that in principle, that's our reading of the legal scholar literature, fair use is something conducive to this type of experimenting practice.
