In the sas sales model, the people metric have the greatest impact. We're able to map it back to the play book and then we can constantly iterate on that. And because our great reps don't have to figure it out on their own, they're figuring out how to make it better. Instead of them starting at zero and then trialing and erroring, they're already start at the 80%. They're using their awsiveness an excellent skill set to move the entire organization forward. It's a virtuous cycle.
