The Importance of Space in Lower Body Training

Research suggests that the best ideal circumstance to allow your body time to recover is about 36 hours to 48 hours. So, you know, as long as you're giving those muscle groups a little bit of a break, I think that's fantastic. Where it gets a little bit cloudy is if you are also somebody that has more than one interest and you're not just living in the gym. You have to spend a little bit more time kind of looking on your schedule.
