The Fed's Concerns About a Wage Price Spiral
Robert Greene: Fed officials have said that their concerns about a wage price spiral have been eased. He says there's not been a lot of deceleration in the labor market, and hiring is going on at a multiple of the pace needed to stay full employment. Greene: The irony is that JPMorgan put out a paper saying that if bonds are right, stocks have to sell off by 20%. And bonds usually are right. But this time, you basically say that stocks are right, that bonds need to catch up to where stocks are.
