The difference between this about to be forty seven year old, chubby irish guy, and all the other guys thati and gals that i grew up with in this business is because they use leveradge. The second that you think you're smarter than the market is really when it all goes to ship. And at this point, i would much rather hold on to the assets that i have, that i think will be here in 20 to 30 years as supposed to try to buy something to make a quick, quick gain in flit.
