The Leasing Brokers Rev Up
The leasing brokers definitely rev up. I think the challenge now is they're no longer driving a V8. So that rev might be a little less intimidating at this point. San Francisco, you know, is going to make a good case study because the underlying fundamentals there for so long have been so good. And with everything that's going on there outside of just macro economics and local politics, it'll be interesting to see if they can survive this.
