How to Fill 72 Calls in a Primary Presidency

Susan: It gets quite difficult when you're in a primary presidency. I feel like 90% of our time is discussing names to fill these 72 callings only to be told the next week, Oh, no, so and so we just discussed a different calling for her. So there's this power differential that is very real because anytime you put one group of people in charge over another group of people, there are inherent difficulties and challenges and problems in that.
