Rent Room Scheme

The government has a rent room scheme where you can, as you say, fist sevenad a half thousand pounds is free of tax. And i just don't know why more people don't do this? To me, we have this crazy situation where there's a housing crisis at a time where i think there's something like 19 million spare s in england not being occupied. So people with spare rooms and not enough in their pension get income. Younger people that want cheap accommodation, they get cheap accommodation.
