In 2003 the Supreme Court explicitly said a legitimate affirmative action program needs to have an end point. So I figured it when the right case came along and the facts they developed at Harvard, basically they went after Asian kids to screw them. To have that be like no no this isn't just like the state colleges,. This is the big leagues That is really Were you surprised that they ruled this way? No, I predicted they would because But basically and they mentioned this in the decision about a quarter century ago when they allowed affirmative action to stay alive.
