I'm 199 again, like America just nudged me ever so slightly over 200 pounds. I have still not been able to run a complete 5K without doing a significant portion of it actually walking. The one place that I have consistently and frustratingly failed is with the running. It does feel a little bit sad when you're in your running gear and you're getting an Uber back to where you started. But I did a fair run. Even when I'm unfit and I am unfit, I am able to still run.
