Is That Person Morally Responsible?

i think tat there is some sort of psychological primacy to just even that, that knowledge that you're related to let me ask you a question. Do you feel like you have a duty to help them if they happen to be related to you, probably, right? Mygatwood would say that, yet. And i feel, i feel the same way,  there's no good reason that a complete stranger who comes to my door and asks me for money place to stay should get some sort of advantage just by dint of a genetic relation. Well, there's no peter singer kind of good.
