Do You Have a Prospective Memory?

Many people, especially over the age of forty, who experience normal moments of forgetting. People feel like they're cheating if they create to doles check lists, put it in their phone. Part of the reason is prospective memory sucks because we've only asked it to remember something for ten seconds. The other key in the situation has to do with context. So memory is very much influenced by context, the cues, the associations and sensory information.
