How Big Should a Company Be?
I tend to take the rather conservative point of view, you know, don't bring on board lots of lots of people that you can't tell what's going to happen if things aren't as rosy next year type thing. And one feature of that is it's kind of like you have to spend less than you make. And that that limits the rate at which you can grow. But there are other places where you could say well let's, you know let's have more sales folk working on this or that thing well to do that you have to have more leads. So let's do this thing and it can be something that can happen particularly in more commercial areas.
