i identify as an addect because it sort of encompasses the behavior that i was doing long before my drinking quantity picked up steam. My biggest one is abandonment. And over the last year and a half, as i've told you on the show, i hired a new therapist,. in it was like the spring of 20 20. We walked through a lot of my, my corps wounding, which we all have those. I always like to tell thi story and preface it with giving you a little bit more history on to how i ended up being an active alcoholic.
