The Problem With the Calvinistic Interpretation

Second Peter 3 talks about heathens, thoughts. Even if he's talking to Christians when he says he's patient towards you not wanting anyone to perish, there still has to be the general concept that he's waiting on them. So it doesn't make any sense to say I'm patient with you when he's the one who decides when and where you will come to faith.
