What's the Vision of Serving in the Church?

We have a template we have a serve team who does the interviews and this is our template so the first bits how they're going. We say are you happy for us to share this information with the serve team just for privacy. By the end of that serve conversation you've got to know the person a bit and where they might be able to serve then later on we'll think about how you go about the process of deciding what team they're on. What do you love it work often opens up a whole lot of other things that they might not have thought of.
