Is There a Hierarchy in an Agile Organization?
Lawrence Ron: The end goal is for management to become one of those cells right so in doing so management is for the team. And many people think that there's no hierarchy in an agile organization but I do think that is needed There needs to be hierarchy. It's just probably less of a power hierarchy but more of a hierarchy of concerns while the management or maybe you know the leadership whatever you want to call it. So, you know, that's where the love of responsibility shift towards that agile cell and the new part of the organization. But you still need a hierarchy.
