More junior folks want to make decisions faster because they are more focused on getting out of situation with the comfortable and stressful. More experienced folks will tolerate that discomfort longer while still feeling the boundary of when to make a decision. With experience, we strengthen some of our biases and our knowledge but we have to be careful also about what that means,. both when we're working on our own and when we's working in team.
