Many particles have half lives, a period of time where there is a 50% chance they will decay. If you can manipulate those probabilities, you might be able to make it so that every coin landed on heads when you flippd a switch. In this case, every particle decayed right at that moment. Planets tend to have tons of fiscile materials at their centre. And suns are work by a constant coin flipping of hydrogen atoms combining to fuse. You could potentially blow up either or go backwards suppress nuclear reactions to shut off a stall or keep a nuke from detonating. It also makes for a potentially terrifying weapon.
