i had stopped drinking when i was about 30, and i didn't do a progrm or anything. I went to allinon actually to help me tu stay in the band for a couple of years. The thing that was the hardest thing for me about all this was that no one believed me for years. Even our manager, who i was like, russell, i swear to god, you're not out here, but you need to be.
