The Movement of the Earth's Surface
We are halfway through what we call a super continental cycle. We know that around 200 million years ago, there was a big supercontinent, Pangea,. And it broke and the continents start to move. Now we are in a phase where the continents are a little bit far from each other. But we are moving to another supercontinent sometime in the future. That will be in around 200, 300 million years. It's more or less the velocity of at which our fingernails grow.
