Timothy Stanley: Alex Dennor is a well-known and highly successful activist investor he's taken a position in biogen for good reason that's resulted in a new CEO. He says the average biogen shareholder would have never known this if stat and endpoints didn't report it, so shame on stat news for taking what I've described as a relatively you know routine or broom director replacement and turn it into a scandal Tim can I jump in and again I don't have a dog in this light but I do think it's you know good for us to be fair and balanced.
