The Importance of Delegation
The waterfall method means you put your tasks in a calendar. That's one of many systems because I know there's all sorts of other things that people say we use this, we use this. Delegation was a big part of it, yes. In favor of delegation, I think it's a huge part of growing a business even if it's a really small business. Like the animation in the figure drawing course was done by freelancers because that was what I could afford at the time. And eventually as revenue went up, I hired out editing and then the marketing and publishing on social media and on YouTube.
