KitKat Can't Have a Trapeze Oil All to Theirself

KitKat thought they owned this through Nestle, the parent company of Cadbury. The judgment that came down from an EU court is that KitKat can't have that design all to themselves. If I was the judge, you know, with my no legal experience at all, I would have laughed KitKat out of the court.
