Is There a Binding Between Proteins and Censors?

In a way, these censors are like the hand that holds on to a pen. When an analyte is sensed, and let's say it's heavy metal lead, that hand might let go of that pen. And now this pen is now free to be able to do other things, like youno for writing or for drawing, et cetera. So we have these protein, bio censors that bind to a piece of tn a, and they either bind or unbind as a function of whether or not the analyte that we're interested in detecting is present.
