What Does Customer Experience Really Mean?

When I was Oracle we used to explain customer experience in it. We used to say a customer's experience is the sum of all interactions a customer has with a brand or organization. So anything that happens be driven by marketing, by sales, by service, the customer doesn't care by the way. And then you know it help us draw it into the B2B world. That's a very interesting flavour for this podcast. so I'm looking forward to diving into that.
