The CIA's Secret Trip to Beijing
Lloyd Austin said that the US is going to continue its military action near China including naval patrols and surveillance flights. CIA director William Barnes held clandestine meetings with Chinese intel agencies during an unannounced trip to Beijing last month. The risk of an accident spiraling into something I think is so high especially as there's no dialogue, says Peter Bergen.
