The way that these individuals are being detained abroad does violate m the international obligations that canada has around arbitrary detention, the reginew process, habeas corpus, et cetera. And just not to mentionat the conditions that theyir living in violate human rights. So by simply going over and taking advantage of the fact thatthese individuals are detained in these camps, that would trigger the charter's application abroad. That leaves any evidence collected through that process liable to be thrown court as a remedy.
