Can You Predict What's Going to Happen?

I think if you figure out how to buy in any market cycle, it don't really matter. I'm not a prophecy, but many of the things I've said have been right. You feel that you can make solid decisions with not much uncertainty. But here's the thing you can't predict. In the end, markets go up, markets go down, and emotions go up or down. So for example, no one would have predicted interest rates would be half a percent or less for 12 years. That was put in place to control the recession. Yeah.
