Emotional Event Eating

We have to change the relationship with food that most of us had come about to with smells good, tastes good. Eating for an emotional event eating is you know, it cannot be for emotional reasons. We don't want to be driven to eat because of comfort, stress, all those things that I was just naming. It's not a hunger necessity or survival necessity at that point.
