How to Poo and Pea While Sleeping?

If i could get rid of tat, like, major bodily functions during the sleep period, i feel like that would be a lot more efficient. I'll tell you who's able to poo and pea while sleeping? Babies. If mars once had large bodies of water flowing on it and now doesn't, what happened to them? Does this mean that earth could dry up too? Will earth be referred to as cold, dead rock in the sky by a future john like inhabitant of pluto? Why aren't there water meteors? These questions are consuming my mind.
