Beware of Those Who Invalidate You

If if we undermine someone's self esteem, not just gaslighting, but even keeping people out of the tribe out of the group is a terrible thing to do. You're sending an unconscious signal that they have no value. Many people are reaching over and lifting you up to their level. They're elevating you. Not granting you like they have special powers, but they're helping you see yourself as more valuable,. i.e. self-esteem rich mindset.
