Can You Build Skill With an Algorithm?

If you want to re like one of pacassa's paintings, like, you just have to literally copy it. I think what this would mean is, like, could you partition some of the model evolution, or training data, whatever, and make that non transferable? So the same way you would like build skill as an artist, can you build skill with an algorithm? You know? Oh, yes. It's funny, ecause i wonder if you could do something with like to essentially your skill level, quotoquote, would go up.
