Is There a Difference Between a Node Plan and an Obsidian?

Tom: I always fear whenever I switch a tool like for example from notion to coder or things like that it is so dragging me down in performance and in clarity in my mind I hate it. When I'm looking at something like obsidian I just chalk data in a journal and tag everything and then later when I need to look something up I just say like show me everything that's related to that tag. Tom: It makes it starts to make sense once you build this up especially an obsidian because the connections between the databases is the important thing.
