Are We Burning More Calories Through Exercise?

Scientists call this eat for e a t for exercise associated thermo genesis. Its the amount of calories we burn through exercise. There's also the thermic effect of food, which is how much our body uses when it eats. And then there's the calories we burn from just activities of daily living. This is called non exercise activity thermo genesis and constitutes about 15 to 20% of our total calary burn.
