The Importance of Questionnaires in Jury Selection Processes
Questionnaires are a really important way that attorneys get information about prospective jurors before they arrive at the courtroom. Other common questions include personal experiences such as prior interactions with law enforcement or the legal system. In some instances, even being the victim of a crime might be reason enough to disqualify you from the pool. A juror will fill out a questionnaire in advance of their day of potential service.
