It feels like we could have settled this during the last down market and not had it as an open question. I think that the industry, it was born of libertarian, keep the government out of what we're doing. And I don't think they wanted to be regulated by the SEC. It can be very expensive going through the process of registering or making sure there are certain exemptions from registration.
