Can We Create a Mass Public Awareness Campaign and It Does Work?
Short term campaigns are, i think, very tough to run. Can we create a mass public awareness campaign and it works? Yes. The question is how you want it to work it and what time scale. We've already gone to war on the basis of propaganda once. Now we're in this new space. We don't want our people to be fachist. So the challenge is doing it quickly. You could do a four minute man campaign. And i would love to see something like that, telling people what the risks ally ared.
