I perceive you as somebody that has a quieter, more introspective temperament. Have you reframed or changed how you have viewed your own giftings relative to what other people tend to project about your default temperament? I consider myself at this point, when we talk visionary integrator kind of roles, I'm 60%integrator and 40% visionary at this point. It took me kind of maturing through that process to recognize that what we need more than anything right now is someone who will continue to integrate and implement our strategies.
