Meetings tend to be incredibly bloated, and large meetings are problematic. When you're crowd by definition, you start to blend in. And when you blend into a crowd and you have less identify ability, we just tend not to engage and participate as deeply. So the best way to mitigate social loafing is smaller meetings with people who are drawn into those questions. If the questions are inspiring, you want to engage, right? You want to participate.
