The Importance of Being a Little OCD

As a person with OCD, we try not to be overly sensitive about this because nobody means any harm. But what people with OCD who've actually started with the disorder here is something that's quite invalidating: everybody has a little of this. So I think unfortunately, even though people don't mean harm with this, is that people with OCD, especially untreated OCD, take it as an invalidation of their own experience and it can keep them or make them hesitant to get therapy.
