The New York governor's campaign released an ad featuring clips from the city that they say show crime is on the rise. "It's a completely political statement that is motivated to make people afraid," he says. The ads are being used by Democrat John Federman in his race against incumbent Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who has also been accused of lying about crime statistics.
