The Importance of a Good Relationship With Your Direct Manager

If the people are kind and enjoyable to be around it's kind of like well maybe I'll stick it out for longer. You know there's all those stats about your direct manager being the most important in somebody actually staying or leaving. So they were yeah just like yeah kind and funny and it was a really great place to work. And they were also really just into the craft of like software engineering. Yeah that's one of those things that will what's the word I'm looking for it's like a bomb over so many other issues.
