I think we need to reassess, as companies, what is productivity. Is it the old measure of satin an office, how many hours a day? Or is it output based? Because if i can achieve the same thing by working less hours from home, perhaps working in a cynchronous way, whichforthers you arent whereis is. We literally pass work round the world on a daily basis. It's just a better way of working because it increases flexibility and means people have more freedom to do the things that they love. They spend time with their children, etera, et cetera, which altty means to me, they get more brain space to think
Is it time to abandon the five-day work week? Or is the "five-days on, two days off" cadence of work and rest more important than ever?
