The Risk of the Fed Hiking Rates on Small Cap Growth Companies
A lot of cyclical companies can withstand rate hikes by the Fed, at least up to a point. The other ones are more dependent on their own secular growth story and they can't all win. I think there it's more just a question of the growth expectations and how they change. If you thought a stock was going to grow at 20% and now it's going to growing at 15 or 10, the stock's going to go down.
