I think he's good, but signed a year or two too early. Is he ever world class? Top five in the world of his kind. There aren't many right wingers that are amazing right now. I don't think we've seen a striker that could reach the levels this guy could. Harland is going to get close to 55 goals in all competitions this season. Let him be a Premier League striker. It might not be a man's city. To get him for 60 million quid, even for three years, we're already going to extend his contract by looks things at the end of the season.
